      I purchased a 2023 seadoo gtx limited on March 28, 2023. I take meticulous care of my machine and it is plugged into a battery tender when not in use. It showed a full charge but when I disconnected it and I went to go use my jetski the end of march it wouldn't start and started beeping loudly with a code saying check ibr module. I called the dealership and they told me it was more than likely the battery and it wasn't covered under warranty. I put it back on the charger and waited a few days and rechecked it. The battery showed charged and I attempted to start it but same thing happened. I checked the volts and it dropped to 9 volts. I ordered and battery and went and picked it up on April 17th and installed it. The problem resolved itself. I called BRP to complain that it should not have died in under a year. They took my info and said someone would call me back. That was on 4/19/24 and no response. I would like to be refunded the money I spent for a new battery. According to their website they warranty their batteries for 1 year. Attached are screen shots from their website.

      An agent reached out to me and we've been communicating via email due to scheduling conflicts.   The last communication was on my part on 5/15/24.   I'm still waiting to hear back from the representative sine no solution was given.

      We purchased a motor vehicle from the company and they refuse to honor their warranty without the bike being seen by a service provider, however their service centers have no availability and they have no alternatives for their customers.The product is brand new and it is not starting up at all.They are not trying to stand by their product and at this point they should have better alternatives to people to find out if their is a manufacturer default or not.These motor bikes and very expensive and people should not have to work so hard to service a product that they explained would be service under warranty.

      I have reached out to this company setveral times and each person I have spoken to keeps telling me that the women named ******* thats on my case will call me back and I have not received a call back at all. 
      they have not made any attempts to reach out to me and try to schedule me an app pay all or set up any servicing appointments. It is one thing to have a delay in devices and another to state that they have no servicing appointments available until further notice as if they will never have any appams they have not time or any idea as to when there will be time. I feel like they are not making any attempt to resolve the issue in general and they are simply trying to prolong not giving services that they state is available.
