      I had *** flooring put in on my main floor and carpet in the basement. I reported that the flooring was separated in a few spots and a few pieces are peeling at the joint where they snap together. Also that the floor is not level. They said most of that issue is from the transition piece that was installed where the carpet going down stairs meets the *** floor is on too tight. THEY put that transition piece on.... they refuse to submit a claim because my name isn't on the order that placed it. I put the order under my previous employers name so I'd get their discount, but you can see on the order my address as to where the work was done. I was told I could pay for them to come out and fix it but I'd have to have extra pieces, they never left extra pieces after the job. So now I have to buy a whole box and labor for them to come fix their work. **** quality of work and when seeking assistance for it you're brushed off and they don't care. Oh the best part was, the inspector that came to my house, said it looked as if I let water sit on the floor too long and that's why it's peeling... NO, the floor wasn't leveled and the pieces weren't snapped together correctly and now they're separating.

      New flooring put in last year , never complete job , workmanship was very bad gaps in flooring installed. Never fixed with several complaints. Never came back to fix the problem.

      Extremely disappointed and frustrated that after working with Carpetland for over 2 years, we were giving a defective carpet, then the wrong color was installed. What is even worse is they initially tried to convince us it was the color we selected (brown and gray are different). I had to prove it was wrong. After over 2 years of frustration with Carpetland, we settled and kept the wrong color and are disappointed in the entire manner in which the owner handled our order.
