    On April 24,2024 We brought our car to this business to get it repaired after a car accident , ***************** gaves us a quote to get it repaired . On may 13 we picked up the truck from the shop of ***************** , as we arrived home we notice the truck front bumper was very low not like it supposed to be , the hood on one corner was coming out not placed correctly , the headlight didnt turn on . We immediately called ************************* let him know about the problems and he told us to bring it the next day May 14th . On may 14 I messaged ***************** if he was at the shop and he said no , and he explained to me that there was not much that he could do about the problems , I told him that this didnt look right nor professionally done thats when he told me he wasnt a body shop asked him to refund my money because this was not right and he told me he couldnt refund it . He made us believe he was a body shop and he gave us a quote , he never mention that he wasnt We payed him fir a job he didnt do Now he is telling me the hood is on even because the frame is offset cause if the accident and to take it to a body shop He charge me for 10 hours of labor And nothing is right in my car and he made its Belive he was a body shop
