      This company was very good to me, originally putting the roof on there were a couple mistakes, but new Hieghts roofing came out and fixed them for free

      New Heights put a roof on our house, garage and barn. Very quick start to finish. The barn trim has had problems, it is so high and it is very windy here, which causes the trim to come off and bend. The first time this happened they came out to fix it pretty quickly. In February I contacted them with the same problem on the other side of the barn roof. John contacted us in July to repair the warranty work. Very happy to have heard from someone with a solution.

      This is the initial review our customer wrote:
      New Heights roofing was at our house on a Tuesday to give us a quote on a project. The project involved replacing the shingle roof and gutters on the house and garage and putting a metal roof and gutters on the barn. Work started the next day, and everything was completed in one week.
      The day after the job was complete, we had a windstorm. I called to let them know that one of the trim pieces on the barn was flapping and the wind had gotten hold of one of the rain spouts. Someone came out to fix the issues as soon as the wind died down.
      All the employees I dealt with were very helpful, friendly, and professional!
      The workers on site checked with us on several different occasions to see if we were happy with the job. A customer service representative also called to make sure things were going well.
      We give New Heights Roofing a 5-star rating and highly recommend them. We plan on using them again to side our barn.

      On December 1st, 2023, {NHR} was closed until June 25th, 2024. This was due to unforeseen circumstances. We severely apologize to all customers who were effected.
      We now have this customers repair scheduled. IT should be noted, this is the 3rd time we have been scheduled for this repair. The metal that has blown off, is at a very high point. This requires a lift. This stretch of land, however beautiful is prone to very high winds. We are sorry about delay but we are back to normal operations.

      We had our roof replaced in 2020 by New Heights Roofing. We developed a leak were the house and garage roofs meet after all the hard rain we have been getting this year(2024). I sent an email in the morning and got a phone call in the afternoon to set up a time to come out and check the roof. They came out the next morning. Checked it out, a section had to be replaced, were back out same afternoon and did the repair. They did the replacement under warranty. Very nice and helpful people.

      I had my roof replaced in January 2023. A beautiful green metal roof in one week's time! One gutter on the garage did not make it through the winter of 23-24. I called, emailed, texted and heard nothing. I had no idea there had been a company shut down. Seems the minute they got back up and running, they called me. I am pleased to report that my gutter has been fixed and looks perfect! Bring on the rain! Thank you, New Heights Roofing. I feel well taken care of and would recommend your company without reservation.

      Very impressed from beginning to end. Lucas answered all my questions and more before writing my roof and gutter estimate. I liked knowing there would be no surprises. The guys arrived early on the scheduled day and went right to work. The foreman, Danielle, personally rechecked a particular issue that concerned me. He was able to reassure me that all was good and being taken care of. My house is small so everything was completed in one day, including cleanup. And I mean a complete cleanup. Great job! New Heights Roofing is a great choice.

      I was having a terrible problem with ice dams and had water coming in. New Heights roofing came out on a Tuesday, and I decided to get a metal roof. It was late January with 16 inches of snow on the roof. They fit me in and completed the job on that Friday. I am very satisfied and leak free!
