    I went to look at a boat and liked it. I put down a 500 dollar deposit to hold the boat in which I was told it was refundable if we couldnt make a deal. After trying to get a deal done, we couldnt come to terms. I asked for the 500 back and they are refusing to refund me and ignoring my calls. I did file a dispute with my credit card I would like to file a complaint on how they treated me as a customer.

    Hello,

    I received a temporary credit from my Credit Card.  Sounds like they are still trying to figure this out as well.  

    That was the last letter from PNC stating they gave me a temporary credit

    I bought a boat from this company and the have lied about its condition the hours on it the cover for it. They put a brand new radio In it and its not working. They had it 3 different times trying to fix it and have not be able to fix it. Now they won't return my calls or text messages. I spent ***** on it and I've had to replace a lot of stuff. I can show you the old add where the add said it was turn key ready for the water and the radio was top of the line. The work they have done on the radio is very bad its hurts your ears.

    Hello I've still been trying to reach out to them to resolve this issue. The radio guy actually called me on Saturday and said he would be here on Monday to try and fix it. So Monday I took off of work and waited all day for him to show up. Needless to say he didn't show up. So out a day of work again for the 3rd time. He calls me from a restricted number every time so I can't call him to find out anything unfortunately.
