    One 2 fix came out to my house around April 13th, 2024, in response to a choice home warranty claim and their tech came to my house and took 2 pictures and left and made no attempt to find out what the problem was and (I was charged *****) when their manager called me he told me that his tech should have done more like take a wire brush to the burners and whatever else that he might need to do to see what the problem was and then the manager said for another ***** he would send his tech out again and I said no thank you for I see no reason why I should have to pay someone for not doing their job .

    We are sorry to receive the customer's complaint. However, we would like to clarify the situation. The main reason of our technician visit was to complete a diagnosis as requested by the ****************** but not a repair. The cost associated to that visit was $85 (Service Call fee) which the customer already paid. Some diagnosis may require more works depending on the failure, and pictures must be taken as evidence, and also to register the Model and Serial number of the appliance. Our technician completed the main steps of the process.

    Any decision made following the submission of the diagnosis to the ***************** doesn't have anything to do with One 2 Fix.

    We were sent by the insurance company to complete a diagnosis, which was done and we got paid for what was asked to do. At this point, we would suggest the customer to contact his insurance company for a resolution.
