    We recently had the immense pleasure of working with Dee **** from Star Media Group on a project for the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, and we couldn't be more impressed with his contribution. Dee took on multiple roles with ease and exceptional skill, handling both our production audio and serving as our on-air host for the event. From the moment Dee joined our team, his professionalism and friendly demeanor were evident.     Dee **** has a lot to share with the community, and he has been working with me for more than a year to host a monthly podcasting workshop series for youth at the ******** ***** ********* ****** and the ******** ***** ******* **** in Dane County (WI). Dee has different workshop options depending on the setup or specific request, but each month we work with Dee to offer 2 days in a row at each location, where on Day 1 the kids all learn how to setup and run the equipment and learn the basic structure of podcast introductions and interviews while focused on sharing stories with one another about their future dreams. On Day 2 Dee brings in a guest who was formerly incarcerated but has turned things around, to be interviewed by the youth now running the podcast. Dee outwardly displays a lot of positive and fun energy, and his demeanor allows for students to share their respect and attention very quick upon introductions. Great guy, great skills, great future!

It was great to have him as a part our event which turned out to be our largest ever in terms of both attendance and dollars raised.     Dee came and served as a volunteer emcee during the 2023 Multicultural Fair in Sun Prairie. We were looking for local folks with a good personality and willingness to get on stage and hype up the crowd as we transitioned between performers. We were glad Dee was willing to get up there and do just that!
