      Primavera Cleaning cleaned my home on 3 occasions. I specifically communicated with their phone agents pre, during and post visits. The cleaners were not oriented to specific directions or did not understand them. Service was progressively worse despite me contacting them after each trip and during the cleaning itself. It included propping a mop handle against an oil painting specifically listed in writing as do not touch, using a hardwood floor cleaner on all tile floors resulting a residue, charging for changing sheets and cleaners not knowing how to do it. During and after the last visit I specifically said that I should not be charged. The agent on the phone was to check on it and offered an unspecified discount. After no followup communication and 4 weeks later my credit card was charged the full price.

      They were tasked with a move out cleaning of my rental property that had already been cleaned by me. I requested ***************** wipe out, trim wipe down, floor cleaning, window cleaning, ceiling fan dusting, appliance wipe down, etc. I paid $600 for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. They could not do any of it, even after sending a second person out the next day after I complained. They would not refund my money either.
