    ID# ******** - Againt Bennett and ****** Estate Service LLC. ************** at BBB,It's been 30 days and I am again seeking your help with this. *****, stated three times in our previous correspondence with your company, that he WOULD be sending the check to me for the 2nd installment of payment for my Dad's Estate sale that he handled. Of course, the check has never been received. On 4/29/2024, he asked me if I had a Venmo account and I stated no. Told him to just send it as a check like he previously did for our first payment. Again, never happened. He has my address, *****************************************. We feel we have been more than patient in trying to acquire the money that is due to my father's Estate. We have been unable to finalize my father's estate, because of his lack of cooperation. Please, please see if you can assist us. You should also, review his rating on the BBB and downgrade him and his business. Thanking you in advance for your follow-up with ID#********. ********************* *******************

    Please tell *********************** that I will NOT be setting up a meeting place with him to receive the 2nd payment that he stated over a month ago is due. This is not necessary. He can send the check due in the amount $1,450.00 to me Priorty Mail to my address ***********************************************. That is how our first payment came and if he would indeed send the 2nd payment, the same way, we would have already had it.

    I will give him 5 days from today, to get the payment to us by Priorty Mail.
