    I purchased 28 items at this business's online auction. I paid in full for the items. According to the auction's own terms and conditions, the charge for shipping was to be only for shipping labels. The auction service violated its own terms and conditions and tried to charge for various fees including labor, supplies and other various fees. When I confronted the business by email, the auction service stated they did not have to "provide any internal details to our customers" for the fees they were *********** was also communicated I was tax exempt with certificate sent to auctioneer and they replied they received it; however, they still charged sales tax, but later admitted they needed to refund the taxes they collected.I contacted the parent internet company, *****, to disclose to them the behavior of this auction service and the EXTORTION money being demanded to get my items that I had paid ****** this time I have provided 4 *** labels with tracking. The auction service has continued to send harassing emails and have yet to send the items or the refund - both of which we will do a chargeback if this situation is not cleared up by the auction service.PAID invoice for products as well as PAID invoice for 4 shipping labels can be provided if needed as well as the terms and conditions written by the auction service and any communication emails that was sent. No communication was done via phone.

    Customer requested to refund him for tax exempt. He provided invalid form according to *********************************. We requested from him to provide the form, he replied by giving us deadline and threating with chargebacks. Also, this customer is banned from server auction companies for using threating language and scare tactics.

    I have been doing this for two decades and recognize desperate attempts of unprofessional businesses. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well. 
    Your emails, texts or phone calls will no longer will be answered. I will keep my word and do a chargeback this evening for the refund. Anymore communication from you will be considered harassment and legal action will be brought very quickly. I do not bluff.
    I would not want to be you when Hibid does a mass email to all of your former and current customers to alert them to being overcharged.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Sphere Auction was permanently banned from Hibid for refusing to communicate with them. Sphere Auction returned ALL MONEY in exchange not to be prosecuted for fraud. Refund was given in full. Sphere Auction is no longer allowed to do business on Hibid.

    We refunded full order amount to customer and emailed instructions how to cancel/void labels with **** Customer keeps using aggressive pressure and intimidation in different forms. Recently we received a call allegedly from Jefferson county ** police department. After call ended, we called back and it was scam call impersonating police officer in behalf of customer. We reported this to *********** police department on 12/11/2024. Hibid is aware of this customer and he is banned from sever auction companies for similar behavior.
