    I recently brought my dogs here for a multiple day stay. The first day one of my dogs was attacked by another dog and I did not find out about it until I picked up the dog. Couldn't call me? Along with this the person checking us out lied to my face about it saying it was my dog who started it. My dog is 7 years old and has met 100s of dogs at this point and has never started anything with any of them. On top of this, she said it was a very small cut.. it was quite large cut. That alone is more evidence to my statement that the lady checking me out was lying right to my face Oh, it took us what seemed like at least over 30 minutes to check in because the gentleman checking us in cataloged EVERYTHING we brought with, but when I picked up my dogs they weren't "sure" what we brought with and in fact lost one of my dogs hand made quilts. Again, more evidence she was lying right to my face. I don't appreciate having my dogs get attacked, not being notified when it happened, and being lied to not only the attack but the fact they lost some of my property.... I will never use them again for boarding or anything ever again. You should never lie to your customers no matter the situation! That is immoral and wrong! Especially when it comes to family!
