      It is about a subsidiary, Covert Cameras, when you use their product you have to pay for a monthly fee for the use. They have started putting ads on the ap we pay for making it harder to view the pictures, my complaint is that if I pay for a ap, I should have the choice to receive ads or receive a monetary discount. I have had no luck talking to FeraDyne or Covert.

I understand your concern with the pop-ads that have recently been added to the Covert Camera software. I want to extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. At this point in time, we are unable to remove the adds from individualized accounts. In order to make this less of a frustration for you, we are more than happy to offer you a free camera of your choice. Please contact us directly at ************************************* or ********************************** to let us know what camera preference you would like to have.

      [Please type your response here.]they have not resolved the problem, they charge for the use of the app. And are now putting new ads up on it, I use for security and need to see picture as soon as possible.  Not some ad.

      I apologize again and do understand your frustration, however, there is no charge to use the app. The only charge that is incurred is the software you can download to a computer allowing you to view the pictures without the need to physically remove the *** card to view them. The phone app is a free download, enabling you to see the pictures on a cellular device. You can view the pictures using your computer software if you would prefer, there are no ads on that paid software for viewing your pictures.

      [Please type your response here.] It's too bad that your company cannot see that all you have done is make your loyal customers mad, it's not feasible to take a computer out to a deer lease, I was in the market for another camera to replace the ones that ATT made obsolete.  But will not buy another camera from covert, the people there have been very nice and been able to help me every time I needed them.  But as soon as I find a replacement  I will be turning  this camera  off. And you advertised  that you can receive the pictures through the app on your phone.  I think that the decision to put the ad on the app will cost you a lot more money than it could possible generate.
