    Tried to contact company about purchase but phone number not accessible. I noticed BBB has had same results. We'll see if order arrives.

    I ordered this item Waited weeks and USPS tracking said it was delivered. It never reached me. I have written to the company letting them know. However they will not do anything to help and instead says I must contact my post office. I live in an apartment building with a common lobby where pkgs are thrown together onto the floor not delivered to my door or my mailbox. UPS and other services mark a pkg delivered accompanied with a photo. This was not the case here.
