      hat we could both be happy with.Not only did **** not do the right thing and deliver any material, when he went onsite to collect his tools he actually removed material from the cabin and took some of our personal property. He also never gave us any final response so when we saw that behavior, we knew we made the right decision to terminate *********We want it to be known that we followed along with everything that **** asked of us. It was when we started to question his timelines and project flow things started to degrade. Once **** had our money, he almost never reached out to us to give us a status of where things were at. We felt that we always had to call and chase after him for any communication about the project.We are doing this review because we came to the BBB and chose **** because we saw he had an A+ rating and that he was a veteran family-owned business. There is no way in how we were treated on top of the fact he took our personal property that he should have that rating. We can provide documents that can back-up everything that is listed here and more.

      I've read the complaint, and my response follows.

      The details and information in the complaint are fraudulent and inaccurate. 

      **************** has breached the contract and has been informed by my Attorney .  This Defamatory complaint is in retaliation.   

      Moccasin Ridge Remodeling LLC will continue to provide its clients with professional and friendly services.

      Moccasin Ridge Remodeling LLC has and will continue to provide quality craftsmanship at affordable prices. 

      its a well known fact that not every customer can be made happy.  Regardless of reasonable and sometimes above and beyond attempts to do so.  

      *************** made demands to alter/ completely change a signed contract months after signing.

      *************** denied attempts to address /modify the signed agreement to address his concerns. 

      *************** used threats and ultimatums to intimidate a change to signed contract. This took place Verbally before my request to keep communication in email form.

      *************** denied access to job site while under contract without prior notification via the contractual agreement and its specific detail of notification/communication. 

      *************** has made false, inaccurate and fraudulent statements on multiple sites defaming me personally and the company in retaliation of legal notices and complaints.  Its clear Mr ******* only goal at this point is to damage, defame and hurt me and the business.
