      This happened on January 4th 2023, the bank let someone hacked into my bank account and the person opened up loans in my name. They froze my bank account and took all the money from my account and then proceed to cut up my credit card and debit card while they searched for whatever happened. It took them 3 weeks to figure it out while in those three weeks I did not have a way of buying food or water or anything for that matter. The bank did absolutely nothing to help me while this was going on, and no one would answer questions or help me understand. They were very very rude and did not care if anything happened to me. They took over $500 dollars of my own money and said I couldnt have it back until everything is figured out. And it is now February and they still wont unfreeze my account or give me the funds back

      Regarding this complaint, the commenting member used their debit card to spend the funds from an allegedly fraudulent loan in person at Target. The member then filed a dispute on said debit card transactions. The card was shut down as is standard practice to prevent any additional potential additional fraud. The investigation process determined that the debit card transactions were done in person by the cardholder. We have encouraged the member to work with local authorities if they want to proceed with further action. We have in good faith attempted to assist this member in resolution of this matter. While we sympathize with the hardship that this issue has caused the member it is our belief that the member was complicit in the actions the evening of 1/4/23. If there are further questions, comments,additional evidence, or the member would like to satisfy the remaining balance of the loan taken out we ask that the member to reach out to us at ************.If no further evidence is provided by the member this is considered a closed issue for us.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
       The reason is because they also told me that they would work with me for my credit card that was never frozen and the second they got the chance, they sent it right to collections. I have tried to pay it multiple times and yet they wont take my type of payment that I have offered multiple times. All they want is for me to pay the loan that I never took out, and they are going to to ruin everything in their path until they get it. The fact the said they sympathize with what happened, they never thought to reach out immediately, only told me to talk to one person who was never in office.
