      Culligan accepted a payment that I made after cancelling my account. When I discovered the mistake I requested a refund. It took several months to get a partial refund. When I requested the rest of my money, which was $5.00, I didnt get it. I kept calling for an explanation which *** never received. Its not the money itself thats important. Its their integrity on taking my money without an apology or explanation. The water was too heavy fo me to continue lifting onto the fountain. I developed a hernia because of this. The least they can do is refund my money with an apology.

      Thank you so much for working on my behalf and for allowing me to respond.

      My complaint number is:21528028-D5319

      Please be informed that I DO NOT accept the response of ******** Culligan Water. They have twisted the truth to make themselves look good.  I would like to think that a business as popular as theirs would operate with more integrity.  ***** understand that this is not about the money, but about people knowing how to treat their customers with dignity and respect.  This is also about understanding how to operate a business, realizing that without customers, you have no business.

      ******** Culligan Water never called me with an explanation.  I had to chase them over the phone to no avail.  In my opinion, they are deceitful people who lie to get ahead

      On 9/2/23, I called Culligan and cancelled my account.  Reason being that lifting the heavy bottles gave me a hernia.  I dont blame them for this, nor did I mention it to them.  Then on 9/5/23, I paid the bill which I did not owe.  The next day I realized this, so I called and requested a refund.  At first, they claimed that I owed them for bottles.  This is wasnt and isnt true.  Then I  was told that my account was charged in advance, which also isnt true.  
      After they finally agreed that they should refund my money, they sent$18.00,which I didnt understand.  So, I called someone else who worked outside their office and explained my situation.  He stated that hed look into it .  After a few day he called, stating that I would receive a full refund.  However  , I didnt and none of them answered any more of my calls.  Thats poor business.  I never did get a resolution to this problem, and their explanation is incorrect and unacceptable.

      As a *******************************, I forgive them,but I still contend that they owe me $5.00.  So, as earlier stated, they are not trustworthly people.  Their business has no integrity.

      Again, we are very saddened that this entire situation has obviously caused you stress and anger!  In our previous communication, all of the factual dates, amounts and explanation/s were included.  Based on your most current complaint that you (*********) are still upset-regardless of the actual information- and believe that the $5.00 is yet owed you, we are issuing a check to you for the $5.00.   This is an act to show our sincere regret and an effort to close the matter.

      I cancelled delivery of water from ******** Culligan over a month ago and told them I wanted my deposit back for the water bottles. I received an email that they had cancelled and would be sending my the deposit money. I never received a check. I sent them a letter last week and still have not received any response. I want the deposit money back for 6 three gallon water bottles!
