      Since 02/23 my daughter bus stop coming I call everyday to see whr the route is Im cursed out n hung up on multiple times the bus is either a hr late or done show I call they tell me its coming jus stand there yet its the winter time an hr outside is ridiculous Ive told her school i have called everyone I can think of an this issue is t getting better the bus jus stopped coming all together out the blue shes not a new student bee. Riding the bus all yr it changes from central to lakeside without me being notified and since the change my daughter is miasing a lot of school

      The Terminal Manager was not aware of an issue with this parent or stop.  The Terminal Manager reached out to the parent with the contact information provided to us in the complaint to follow up with what he had found but the parent refused to speak and hung up.  We had a regional staff person reach out to the complainant and was able to speak to her and listen to additional complaints she had.  The regional staff person let her know we investigated this stop and working with our customer MPS found this route was assigned to another bus company 9/19/2022.  Due to service issue the route was then reassigned to Lakeside Bus 2/2/2023.  Lakeside did have service delays that were reported to MPS due to bus breakdown on 2/6/2023 which caused a 35-minute delay and on 2/13 a 45-minute delay.  ********** Lakeside informed MPS who messaged parents.  The schedule pickup time for this stop is 6:38am.  We used GPS history and found over the last two weeks except for days MPS did not have scheduled school the arrival time of our bus was 6:40 to 6:51. MPS communicates the bus will arrive 10 minutes before or after the scheduled times.  These facts were explained to the parent who said we need to check on other days because the bus doesnt come.  Again, we show the bus making this stop daily and excessive late on the two days noted.  We also asked MPS central office if they had heard of issue on this stop of which there were none.  Our local operating team will monitor this stop going forward to ensure there are not any issues.
