      I had Stanley Walter come pump out my septic on May 8, 2023. It was for an inspection of my septic system. The Waukesha County inspector was here also. He did not pump everything out but only the water on top and loose material. On May 19, 2023 11 days later I had a contractor here to give me an estimate on a new system. He looked into the septic tank and the waste was about 1 1/2' from the top at ground level. I had to have an emergency pumping and the lady at Stanley Walter was rude and said it's not their problem and it could fill up that fast. I had another septic sanitation come out and he found 4 feet of sludge that hasn't been cleaned out in years. It was quite a job and took several hours breaking it up with a steel rod and adding water back in. He also pumped out the leach field which Stanley Walter never did. The tank was spotless and I could see the bottom which I've never seen before after Stanley Walter pumped it out. My husband had Stanley Walter come every 3 years as required by law but they only did the minimal and never fully cleaned it out. They never pumped it fully out in a long time if ever. When calling the lady asked if I'd like them to come out again and I said only if I don't have to pay again. She was very rude in the whole conversation and said they would not pump it out again without charging. It was only 11 days after they pumped it that it was full higher than it's ever been before. My septic is working properly now but I'm committed to getting a new one by Waukesha County because of this.

      We have been customers of Stanley ****** for 5 years. I have recently called on two different occasions, with two different questions, and the same receptionist was extremely rude both times.Most recently I was given a price by the owner himself and when I called to question why I was charged over double the quoted price, I was told this wasn't the case and that I would never have been given that price or be told that.Very disappointing.
