This company provides incentivized gaming service. They issue apps on ****** Play and App Store. Their website is ************************************** I downloaded their app on App Store and began to use their service to earn extra money. I have earned tokens worth of $200 through in their app and tried to cash out. Upon withdrawal, my account is suddenly suspended later and the remaining tokens are wiped out. The payout is still in question. I have tried to contact their customer support but nobody responds. After that, I found out that many and many people on Trustpilot said that they have been scammed by this company through their app and have fallen for their scheme. We have invested real money and time and received nothing in return from them. I also discovered that they displayed false Trustpilot rating content on their website. The business failed to explicitly state the reason for the account closure. While they claimed that they are unable to disclose specific criteria due to privacy rules, they refused to provide any concrete examples of user behavior that they believe violated their Terms of Service. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
Moreover, the response does not adequately address a broader issue: a recurring pattern where users report account suspensions occurring immediately after requesting payouts. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the platforms practices. The business has offered no plausible explanation for this trend.
Finally, the company did not acknowledge or take responsibility for the misleading Trustpilot rating content displayed on their website, which constitutes a clear violation of ethical advertising standards. Given these unresolved concerns, I respectfully maintain that the complaint remains open and unaddressed.

They ran a promotion saying spend 5 dollars get 5 dollars and I spent the money and went to cash out the $10 they said I triggered a fraud bot and then after a couple weeks waiting for resolution they said they found unfair gameplay. I followed the guidelines of the offer so I don't know how that can be. They also suspended me from their support zendesk site for which I have no clue. Playful Rewards seem to be running a semi-legit business model of initially giving its users money and rewards for their completed tasks, and then afterwards they entice the user to continue earning on their platform as they have already proved its "legit". Once the user carries on earning, and goes to withdraw they refuse the rewards for an initial hold to say that they need confirmation from the game developers or the advertisers that you have completed the game legit, fine. They keep you waiting for weeks and then once you contact them for an update, in my case I received a "Your account is now locked due to unfair gameplay".So here is my issue with them, I completed the game "Coin Master", and did something that alot of users reported being a complete scam. The proposed feature is: 5 for 10 Spent 5; earned ******* points.10 for 15 Spent 10; earned ******* points.20 for 25 Spent 20; earned ******* points.I began requesting multiple ***** withdrawals after spending 35 on the game. The in-game boosts (e.g. 500x spins) helped me earn another reward through gameplay alone. I have partial app proof and in-game evidence.When accounts are checked or locked, all offer history vanisheslikely to hide ************* never asked for any proof or purchase history. Like many users, once you complete offers, youre put through the same process.1. They lock your account, offer history disappears.2. They ask you to wait while they contact their payment partners. (Note. they consider this a "Automatic Fraud Review System")3. Never actually reach back to you so you reach back to them asking for an update.4. They tell you, your account is now locked.. ??5. You proceed further and they now tell you that they found unfair gameplay and the account will remain locked and consequently delete your tickets and wont allow you to open any more support tickets.Baring in mind that they did not once ask for any proof of completion.Business Response

This appears to be another pre-written response. The game has been and continues to be completed legitimately. The purchases remain valid, and it has been more than a month since they were made, rendering them non-refundable. In terms of contacting the business in their support region, they have simply blocked me from doing so. Consequently, I am unable to access the support chat without being ignored for weeks, as it does not actually open a ticket. I still expect a refund or payment of my rewards, which have not been paid to date. I have provided over 10+ screenshots. If you wish me to contact the game support and request proof of completions or purchases, I am willing to do so. This game has not been fraudulently used or abused, and my completions do not violate the terms of service of PlayFul.

I began playing games, through playful rewards and I was able to cash out $20 here and $10 there. This app claims they will pay you for playing games on your phone. I have had an issue you a specific game since April 22nd. I have contacted their support multiple times since April 22nd trying to get this fixed by them and they have only replied once and they did not fix my issue - they said I could reply back if I required more help, so I did, and they never got back to me after that. The first issue - is that they have a section showing that if you spend $10 in game, they will pay you back $15. (This continues, so if you spend $20 in game, they will pay you back $25 and it continues as the amounts go up) - in total, I have spent $153.78 and I have still not even received the spend $10 get $15 back. They owe me that - AND all the other amounts that would continue after that. Spend 20 get 25 - and onwards - to make up for the $153.78 I have spent. Secondly, on the app they give you coins for completing certain milestones. They owe me for completing chapters 4, 7, 8, 10 and 12. I have contacted multiple times. They have done nothing to fix this. They dont even reply to the messages. It seems like a scam to be quite honest. And I just want the money that they owe me. Date: 05-09-2025 I have paid in at least $100 and have points to receive $400 in reward card.Yesterday and today I have tried to get a hold of this company as they promise when you use their platform to play games, you get rewarded. I have used them for a while now and did not have a problem getting my first gift card. Over the past few days I noticed that my games that I have accumulated points on had started to disappear and when I got nervous and wanted to cash out on the points that I have, it just read an error message. I tried to get a hold of the company directly whether by their support platform or by phone and have no luck. Started using this rewards for play app to earn extra money while playing my usual games. On March 9th, 2025 I earned $30 and cashed it out for a ****** gift card in the same amount. I received my payment within 12 hours and had no issues. On March 23rd, 2025 I earned another $30 and cashed it out in the same manner I had previously (to avoid delays/reauthorization/issues. I received an email from the app developer within minutes stating that my funds had been cashed out were on their way and within 24 hours I should receive an email from their vendor Tremendous with a link to redeem my ****** gift card. 24 hours passed and I never received an email. On March 24th, 2025 I reached out their support email (Zendesk) at ******************************** and inquired about the delay in my payment, I heard nothing back by March 26th, 2025 and sent another email that day, still no response so I sent another email on March 27th, 2025 and finally received a response on April 3rd, 2025 which stated the followingIt looks like your device, account or in-game behavior triggered our automatic fraudulent review process and your gameplay is under review by our gaming partners to ensure that you legitimately engaged and completed levels. While we're waiting for feedback from our gaming partners, all payments are automatically locked. Once we hear back from the partners that your actions were legitimately completed all payouts will automatically be processed. For the moment, your request will be closed..I asked for a timeline and specifically what trigger their fraud review and when I can expect the money they owe me and have got no response. There was no fraud, I earned my rewards legitimately and according to their rules and regulations and Im absolutely certain this is a tactic on their end to avoid paying consumers money they owe them. They have been unhelpful and unresponsive and if anyone committed fraud here, its them!
