  Same as many other. Ignore no solicitation signs, return many times. Lie and say they are not “selling” anything but rather are setting up an infrastructure. Smug and condescending when you tell them no. If I ever see another Everlight Solar rep on my property again, it is trespassing and I will call the police. I hope you are reading this, Everlight.

  Been using everlight solar for almost 2 years now. I've had no issues with the product and from meeting Aaron when he spec'd the project through installation was a breeze! Very professional. After 2 years i had a minor issue with the app and reached out to Aaron and within 30 minutes customer service was on the phone troubleshooting the problem. What more can I ask for from a company. Wish more places provided that much service. Most send you through phone purgatory! Thank you Aaron and everlight!

  I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Everlight Solar. Our sales executive, Aaron*******************, was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Having been in sales, and sales leadership positions most of my professional career, I can confidently state that ***** is the real deal. Additionally, the ENTIRE Everbright Team should be commended for their exceptional customer service. For example, just yesterday I needed assistance with documentation for my tax credit. I received a response within minutes! This is the rule, not the exception for their Team. Every time Ive had a question I get almost immediate attention. I would be remiss in not calling out the installation Team. They were very respectful of my property, were professional, and informed me of what they were doing every step of the way.

  This company and their minions are relentless. High pressure sales and ignorant door reps who ignore no soliciting signs. Terrible business tactics.

  Man was pushy. Ignored no soliciting sign. Ignored directive to leave and "we are not interested". Lied about what he was out to do. Poor business practice.

  Jake came to my house on a Saturday to set up an appointment to go over a solar system. Our neighbors just had one installed so we were interested to see what it all entailed. He came back on Monday for our appointment - I was a little taken back that he walked right into my house and made himself at home at my kitchen table. After his very obviously prepared slide show and speech - he started asking for more information from me. He said congratulations you are pre-approved. I kindly told him that's great but this is a big investment and something that we need to discuss as a family. He said ok well I will have you review this document and I just need a signature - hit start when you are ready. I hit start on his screen, it took me directly to a signature page. I scrolled up to see all the information it bypassed to see that he was trying to get me to sign the FINANCIAL AGREEMENT for the solar system. I immediately stopped and told him he thinks he is SLICK with his sales tactics and we were done here. I NEVER said we were ready to sign anything to commit to this. He tried to backpedal and say that it was "the dividend" - what is the dividend? You were SO good about explaining everything else earlier and talking about how you were the most handsome guy in the picture at your company that you just "FORGOT" to explain what you were having me sign? Absolutely not. I am disgusted with their sales tactics. He tried to ask me if we had other questions for him and make SMALL TALK with me after I told him to leave multiple times. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. As another person said in their review, I don't know how this company claims to have so many positive reviews as their sales people are pushy and sneaky.

  Same complaints as a lot of other people here. Aggressive sales person just shows up at the door, expects me to provide my name, address, phone number and email so he can "make an appointment" for someone ELSE to come harass us, would not go away when I told him my husband and I DO NOT WANT SOLAR, actually ASKED ME TO GO GET MY HUSBAND. Would not stop talking and go away when I told him, repeatedly, we were not interested, to go away and never come back. He kept talking even when I raised my voice and asked him what about "go away and don't come back" he did not understand. I am filing complaints about this wherever I can. My local City Hall gave over a DOZEN people from this company permits to peddle that are good till 2/15. Other friends in the area report the same issue - won't stop talking, you have to slam the door in their face. I have no idea where this company is getting all the positive reviews they post, but I have a hard time believing those reviews are legitimate given the way their sales force behaves. Including asking questions about other property we have, and our house, that are none of their business.

  One of their solicitors rang my doorbell late at night when I was about to go to bed. I answered the door and asked how I could help him. He told me that he was soliciting solar panels. I mentioned repeatedly that my wife and I were trying to go to bed and asked him nicely to leave. He refused to leave after I asked multiple times. Eventually I turned off the light and he continued to talk after I closed the door. I would agree that this is definitely inconsiderate of people's time and a terrible practice. He was very forceful, not even acknowledging that I said we were heading to bed.

  One of their solicitors rang my doorbell and was pounding on my door excessively. I answered the door and asked how I could help him. He told me that he was soliciting solar panels. I pointed to my no soliciting sign and asked him nicely to leave. He refused to leave my front porch after I asked multiple times and said he can do whatever he wants. I told him off again and escorted him off my property. This is definitely not a good way to earn anyone’s business. Terrible practices and extremely rude and arrogant solicitors.
