  The owners of this company are the problem. They are allowing and instructing sales people to be aggressive, physical, demanding and to ignore no soliciting signs. The sales person that came to my door wouldnt leave. Even after I explained I didnt own the house. I finally shut the door being as polite as I could. He came back the next day and said to my child "does your mom teach you it's ok to slam the door in someone's face?" I shut the door again. He continued to knock. I told him I'd contact the police. He left. The next day a woman came to the door. I told her what happened with her colleague the day before. She said "well he probably needed a sale. You know we only get paid if we sell." I explained to her like I did to him that it isnt my house. She went on to say they are told to ignore it when people say that because people just say that to get them to go away. I have now found out that the neighborhood has a whole social media group related to these sales people and how to stay away from them. My experience is tame compared to some of my neighbors. Apparently the owners of this company know this sales tactic is going on. I contacted the police. I was told that they get 100's of reports regarding this companies illegal behaviors. They've issued multiple violations to the company. But the company wont stop breaking the law. It all seems to be lies right from the start. Claiming affiliations they are not in fact affiliated with. Materials all being made in the US. Install times. Hidden fees. Mis-quoted savings. Its never ending. And the company just doesnt care. They'll continue to behave this way and dont even have the decency to apologize when they do break the law.

  Aggressive door to door selling.Thought I’d bite because my neighbor has them. 8 more people in your neighborhood just signed up. Surely he was making it up. He evaded all my questions by changing the topic. Tried to tell me that there’s a program where they install the panels and I never have to pay for them. ??? I’m not new to solar, have had it installed before on another house, and we’ve recently had contact with other solar companies so we know what’s what with our local utility company. Finally I said “I don’t believe that you’ll instal solar panels on my house & I never have to pay for them” His reply- “Do you plan to be in this house for 6 months?” My reply- “go away” and I shut they door.

  Buyer Beware! 🚨
  I am an Everlight Solar customer and I Regret it everyday!!!!!!!

  One of their workers fell through my ceiling during installation��, and that was just the beginning of a very unsatisfactory relationship!�

  They told us that we would not have a bill from **** except possibly for the months of December January February and maybe March. This was a very misleading statement! We still pay about $30 to **** each month. This was not communicated during any of the consultations. The words and phrasing which were used were very misleading.
  
  WATCH OUT!!!
  Did you know you still pay a $30.00 Monthly Service Charge
  To **** Every month in addition to paying for Solar?!

  🚨 Did you know There is no guarantee that you will qualify for the federal tax creditï��!!!!!!! 🚨
  
  The sales person made it sound as though we should expect the federal solar tax credit of over $11k in the form of a check.
  They even joked that we should not cash that check and take the money to Vegas but rather we should take that check and pay down the principal immediately There was no question to if we would qualify or not. Number one there is no check. Number two we did not qualify for the full amount. We didn't even qualify for half of that amount. When I called Everlight to complain they told me they were not tax advisors.
  Again the expectations from the sales person were very misleading.
  
  If you want to do something good for the environment, Recycle! Don't waste your time, money, or peace of mind by going with Everlight solar. ��

  ??Buyer Beware!!!!!??I am an Everlight Solar customer and I Regret it everyday!!!!!!!*One of their workers fell through my ceiling during installation??, and that was just the beginning of a very unsatisfactory relationship!?*The sales representative, told my wife and I that we would be getting a check from the federal government solar program for approximately $11,400. This was the deciding Factor which caused us to go with solar, otherwise we would not have. The sales rep told us that we would be getting a check in that amount, and he even joked that we should not take that money to Vegas or anything like that, but that we should send that amount in to pay down the principle of our loan right away. When we filed our taxes There was no Check! & our Solar Tax credit was nowhere near that amount. When we called everlight solar to complain they replied that they were not tax advisors. They said we should go through a CPA because they know how to work the system to get that full credit. We then took our taxes to a CPA who said that we filed everything correctly. Everlight solar then told us if we wanted to pursue this further we would need to take legal action. ****Buyer Beware*******??There is no guarantee that you will qualify for the federal tax credit!!!!!!! ??********************* also said that we would probably only have a **** from OPPD for the months of Dec, Jan, Feb, and Maybe March. This is false! As OPPD would still charges us a monthly **** or Service charge of $30 each month just to stay connected to their network. At this point my wife and I want to warn others about this company. If you want to do something good for the environment, Recycle! Dont waste your money w/ solar. If you still decide to go with them, then call OPPD and ask them if they have a preferred list of solar providers. Then ask if Everlight solar is on that list!!!!!!!!

  Sign posted: "No soliciting" on door. I'd like to complain that Everlight has been canvasing our neighborhood for a few years now. I've talked to them, listened to their hard sell several times and told them their product is not of interest to me. Today they came again and I pointed to the sign and the salesperson continued to pitch as I shut the door and walked away. It is mid-day and I work from home - very distracting.

  This company came in set up a meeting with my mom before she even knew it. When I joined the meeting, I told the person I only had 15 mins, and yet he continued to talk to me as if I have all the time in the world. During the meeting they had my mom fill out a form for her information including social security number on it. Thankfully she didn't give that to them. What in the world does a solar energy company need your social security information for? Ridiculous

  Working with Everlight Solar was a great experience! Especially, working with Graham *********. I felt he understood what we wanted to accomplish with adding solar panels to our home and he tailored the project to our needs.   Everlight Solar sponsors the Wisconsin Badgers, which is where I saw their promotions first. I decided to have my husband call them up to see if solar would work for our home, and from those beginnings I have been blown away at how the company has followed through with a great looking solar array.   They came in and installed the panels in a couple hours! It was so impressive watching the crew work, they were so professional and focused. It really was something that this old military vet will remember!
