      Bought simplicity mower in 2003 from here, the owners were great. Only had service done here. Since new owner took over, it’s gone downhill fast. No inventory but a couple push mowers sit there now. Took our mower in for oil leak & when we got it back a month later, the engine appears to be swapped out. There is a starter on it with a date of 2021 when we had original starter in it and the fly wheel is deep down when ours was close to surface of screen. I blew grass off of it every time I used it for 21 years. I know what it looks like under the hood. It sounds like a completely different motor that is about to blow up. That’s how we noticed something was not right in the 1st place. When we called the owner to question what was going on, he immediately started swearing & got very irate. Said he had problems with us in the past. Clearly, he mistook us for someone else, since we never had a problem before. That just shows that he has many unhappy customers from their underhanded business practices. Stay away from this place now. It’s not run like the original owners ran it. What a shame for all the long term loyal customers.
