    We recently had our roof and gutters done by Total Exterior Pros. Tom guided us through the process with excellent communication, gave us plenty of samples and other job sites to help finalize our decision. Tom and his crew were prompt and very respectful to us and our property. Tom checked in throughout the day. The professionalism of this company is top notch and we would not hesitate to recommend Total Exterior Pros to our friends and family. Finally a contractor we could count on and trust.

    Heads up. Communication is absolutely essential when working with someone, most people would agree. When I met with and spent a significant amount of time to explain, record and provide a list of siding repairs needed on my home, Tom of Total Exterior Pros accepted the job. I explained several times that our home was scheduled for a complete exterior re-paint by a different contractor. Total Exteriors work would need to be completed prior to our home repainting. Over the course of numerous weeks, Total Exterior Pros was negligent in communicating with us, and when timelines were missed, we also had no contact from Total Exterior Pros. Today everyone I know carries a phone in their pocket, but Total Exteriors couldn't find the time to communicate. Not only poor & unprofessional business practice, but disrespectful. If you enjoy being ignored, search no more.

    3/13/25 Tom and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. Very professional and aim to please. One of the best contractors we ever had and would definitely recommend.

    Tom & His crew quickly gave me a quote for repairing our Downspout/replacing some missing Gutters. A few days later, It was fixed. I would definitely hire them again. Super professional & Great Value for the Money.

He came immediately to inspect the problem, took temporary action to prevent damage, then replaced the roof right on budget.
