Their quoting, ordering, drawing preparation and details resulted in two perfectly fitting window well covers. The assembly welding was professionally applied and clean. The powder coating finish was applied very uniformly and will protect the covers for many years. I highly recommend the Window Well Experts Inc.

This was my first time as a customer of Window Well Experts. I had a positive experience, including such aids as I needed to take accurate measurements of the window wells for which I was purchasing the covers. The covers are a perfect fit as attested by my installer.Window Well Experts, Inc.

I wish I would have known about this place earlier. I have had to replace my window well covers almost every year (cheap cover from local hardware store.) Once I found this place, I followed their detailed but simple directions to measure the window wells, and 1 month later I have new covers that I believe will last forever! Fantastic quality, and wonderful customer service! First time working with them, but not my last!!Window Well Experts, Inc.

Excellent experience! I ordered a window well kit, including the well, cover, ladder, and window. When my shipment arrived the window was cracked during shipping. However, after contacting them they sent me a new window pane asap. They are quick to respond and help with any issue that arises. My only issue would be with the shippers used, they dropped off the shipment without notice which did not allow for inspection and were the reason for the cracked window. Window Well Experts were quick to correct this.Window Well Experts, Inc.

The process of working with this company was fabulous from start to finish. This was my first time working with them and they didnt disappoint me one iota. From the start, they helped with the selection of which window well would work best. Helped get the proper size ordered and it was shipped quicker then they said.
