    Had a major flooring job in my lower unit, coupled with several other issues. The team got it all knocked out beautifully within a couple of days of starting. Had to gut the old subfloor, dry everything out, laid new subfloor and completed laying the flooring, replaced cabinetry, installed new sinks and plumbing in my lower kitchen, in addition to several other issues that sprang up while everything was up and gutted, having it looking good as new, to which it was. I would rate ABOVE 5 star. The company owner worked with me as the property owner, keeping me updated on progress and any other "Uh-Oh's" that popped up as work was in progress because of the age of the home.

    Kitchen complete remodel and lower level of house partial remodel began in January 2021 and majority of the work was completed end of May 2021. Punch list only partially completed and a whole line of excuses as to why he couldn't get back to me and complete the work. April 2022 I gave him 30 days to complete the punch list and he provided more excuses and never had anyone come and complete the work. I cannot find another contractor willing to pick up where Chad left off and cannot afford an attorney. Six figure remodel; some work was high quality; sub-contractors did their jobs, but Chad failed to care enough to see the job to completion. I gave him more time than I should have and treated him and the workers like family, in the end I'm very disappointed with his lack of professionalism and organization.
