    The bidder arrived on time, and offered a price of $200. I told him that there were more bidders scheduled to give us estimates, he asked what it would take to get the job. I told him about a friend who had told me that most services charge around $10 per foot, and he literally cut his bid in half! I couldn't refuse, so I signed his contract, and he promised to send out **********************, who came and marked up the property. On the 21st of June ****, the day scheduled to do the work, no one showed up to remove the *****! I called later that day (when I knew they would no longer be coming for the day) and left a message asking what happened. Well, it's the 27th, and I have not even had a courtesy call! It's obvious to me that the bid price was deemed too low to bother to fulfill the signed contract between us. Just horribly unprofessional!
