  We live in *******************, and my husband needed new executive cut trifocal lenses. NO ONE makes them anymore, and then we found Fluegge Optical! We were able to get his lenses made and put into a set of frames we mailed to them. Dale was so helpful and everyone was a real pleasure to deal with. Getting these lenses made was easy and at a very reasonable price. Thank you, lovely Fluegge Optical folks!

  A special message for those who wear glasses with executive bi-focal optical lenses. There is still one manufacturer of these special lenses.What a fantastic find for the older generation who have been wearing EXECUTIVE BI-FOCAL OPTICAL LENSES. There is only one global manufacturer left, which is still producing EXECUTIVE BI-FOCAL OPTICAL LENSES. For those who have worn this type of bi-focal lenses, this company is a godsend. They provide excellent professional service in a speedy, courteous, business environment. Although their business was out of my state of ****, I was able to receive prompt efficient service in much less time than I ever received with local providers. All dealings can be completed over the phone in a kindly thoughtful, efficient manner. Take it from me, after calling numerous local companies, who all told me no one manufactures EXECUTIVE BI-FOCAL OPTICAL LENSES any more, I am so grateful that this optical company continues to make this type of lens. It is really a life-saver for us older individuals, who have gotten used to this type of lens. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company with such outstanding service considerations. P. S.I just ordered a spare pair of executive bi-focal glasses in case my original pair gets broken or lost.

  I was finding it had become impossible to get a pair of prescription EXCUTIVE BIFOCAL lenses made by opticians in ******, *****. I found FLUEGGE OPTICAL on the internet -- emailed them the my ophthalmologist's prescription(s) and data about how my eyes fit to the new empty eyeglass frames I had already purchased from *******. I mailed the frames to FLUEGGE OPTICAL in ********* and quickly received my new EXECUTIVE BIFOCAL eyeglasses back. All fit and worked in completely satisfactory manner. I am delighted to have found this optician who still makes EXECUTIVE BIFOCALS and I think their business operation has proven trustworthy.

  I cannot express enough gratitude to Fluegge Optical for their exceptional service and craftsmanship. After years of bouncing between various optical stores, always ending up with glasses that never quite felt right, I finally found the perfect match. The team at Fluegge Optical took the time to understand my unique needs and created not one, but two pairs of custom glasses that fit like a dream. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Dale went above and beyond, tweaking and refining the lenses until they were absolutely perfect. They are true experts in their field, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. I’m thrilled with my new glasses and can’t recommend them highly enough!

  Fluegge Optical gets all Aces in my book. After years of being told that I cannot have Glass lenses, I cannot have Photo gray, I cannot have Executive Bifols, and that I cannot have Large frames, Dale and his team said "YES" to all of the above! I live in ********. Fluegge is located in Wisconsin. I called and e-mailed them, having found them on the Internet, and discussed all my desired wants. Astonishingly, one business week later, I received my Large Framed, Executive Bifocal, Glass, Photo Gray lenses in the mail! I was not billed for them, until I received them in the mail and liked them. Even better, the cost was literally half the cost of the in-town, *******, stores around me, which, as you remember, refused any of what I really wanted. I am so grateful to Fluegge Optical for putting old fashioned courtesy and respect back into the eye glasses industry! THANK YOU, Dale & Team!!! Old School, is the Best School!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Never, never have I been so disappointed with customer service in my life. My whole family has been going to Fluegge for years. Well, as of this morning that will end. While putting new lenses in my daughters glasses, they cracked the frames. At first they had the audacity to say that it could have been that way when you came in. Umm no it wasnt! Then, they checked and, of course, the frames arent available. So, now Im paying for new lenses in glasses that she cant use. Now, my daughter, a minor by the way handled this wonderfully. She asked that if the offer is new frames that they put it in writing because we couldnt stay that afternoon. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner, ****, comes out and agrees. However, when we ask for it in writing, his attitude changes dramatically! He went off on a tirade about his integrity and how his word is enough. Then, he proceeded to berate us on how he has 8 million dollars wrapped up in his building and then storms off to the back room. I then had to ask if we could leave because we were waiting AGAIN! As we went to leave they forced us to pay for the lenses as the cashier put them in his pocket to hold them hostage. Why was I paying for glasses that you guys just broke and that my daughter wasnt going to use? This is such an awful experience, especially in front of a minor. Shame on you, Fluegge Optical, ****!!!
