      This assisted living facility is in violation of many people's civil & constitutional rights that are residing at their facilities. The helpless learning disabled people. If they only knew. Much controlled favoritism within the staff controlling and violating the ******************* rights of the disabled Adult. Staff meetings are held without the parents consent. The adult disabled have no attorney representation during these staff meetings without parents consent. The court ordered modified stipulation requirements , modified duties/ agreements, are not being followed through by the Program Director, it's staff, nor the court appointed guardian. I cry everyday for my child to be able to have more interaction with her and miss her dearly. If not placed in Assisted Living, I believe her progress would definitely improve. No question in my mind. This is no place for her mild developmental delays. I pray everyday she would become unlabeled and live in a normal environment. Everyone has their hands in their pockets. Especially, the system. I can only keep praying someday I can be her mother and teacher without other people's opinions. I know what my daughter is capable of doing. The system made her emotionally delayed keeping her from her family. In the best interest of my only daughter to whom I dearly love.
