      Entrances to the building are on the north side of the building so they dont get any direct sunlight. Apparently snow removal company they have only plows when they have a certain amount of snow. Because when we had an inch of snow nobody plowed. So during the day part of the parking lot gets sun and the snow melts. But where the entrance to the building is it has turned to ice. I contacted the main office to let them know and their response to me was that they provide salt in the hallway. Im sorry but I dont work for this place and its not in my lease that Im supposed to take care of their property. I have documented photos and I also see this isnt the first complaint about their neglect of their property and someone has already been hurt. Hopefully this issue can be resolved before someone else gets hurt.

      Here's what it is like here: even when you have paid rent every month on time for 3 years- their website autofills in your payment information. So it autofilled mine with an old account and the payment got declined even though I paid with my new account as soon as I got notified of the error. They wait until after the 5th of the month to process payments so that it's considered late even though if I found out right when I paid, it would have been on time. This all happened right after a conversation that took place after giving my notice to vacate. I am on a month to month and moving September 12 but they are charging me for the entire month of September.I have had to put in over a dozen maintenance requests due to not having hot water, even multiple days at a time if it happens over the weekend.Lastly I still don't have full use of my dominant hand which I sprained in February due to ice on the property that is not maintained.
