********************** installed my new boiler on 12/1/2023. Initially there were numerous problems. temp was set too high by him initially. Most significant was water hammering(Loud noise & shaking pipes). water hammering & excessive high temps in a boiler can cause pipes to expand then leak. excessive heat burned up a zone ****************************** replaced that. After 12/18 ********************** was not returning my calls so I had to call another company to diagnose hammering, why happening & how to correct mistakes with installation. ***** diagnosed & said the pump installed was not the correct pump for boiler, ********************** had not piped the release pipe down to the floor for safety & pipes with air eliminator were installed crooked. I paid $290 to just diagnose & Mr. ********************** did return to replace the 2nd & then a 3rd pump. Afterward a pipe on the boiler started leaking he did return again to fix. On 8/27 my boiler exhaust vent fell out of chimney vent. He again ignored my calls. I paid another *** to secure it back to chimney for $135. My old boiler, even until it died, always ran smoothly with no air noises in radiators. New system never worked properly all ******************************* still unavailable to help. I believe he caused possible leaks with poor install that keep introducing *********** into rads so loud it disturbs my sleep. It may cost a fortune to do exploratory cutting into **************** to see where possible leaks may have occurred costing a fortune to repair & water damage to my home. He never supplied me with a lien waiver per numerous requests. I believe Mr. ********************** does not have proper skills to be in this business & cost me incredible stress that continues, as I need to find a resolution before the approaching winter, for a proper working boiler system. I don't know if he registered my warranty either? ****** heat that repaired the vent even stated they have chose to decline to service this new boiler or even remove it & replace with a new one. What am I supposed to do now?

Fyi, I just spent more money to make sure the boiler works correctly for this winter. I should not have needed a tuneup/cleaning this year. It's beyond unprofessional & don't know if my warranty transfers to another service company:(
