    We had communication issues from the start with the owner and this Dave guy who in my opinion is really short with clients. And when I told him hey Patrick the owner said the ionizer would be installed before anything else and Dave just keeps saying it will be done the day of everything else which is not what I agreed to. So of course I had to get Patrick evolved and no apology from Dave. But then the day of ionizer get a call for a reschedule ok fine. Get that installed then was told had to pay more but Patrick told me half down when I saw Patrick and made the contract and the rest after the whole thing is complete and perfect so why do I have to pay more before the rest is complete so again more poor communication. Then we get to the duct cleaning. And they call to reschedule that because they want to give their workers a day off. OK I get it but why can't you plan that off time ahead as a company??? I took off of work to be home and now i have to do it again??? And you want me to be the guy to say no your guys cant have off they need to come to my home and then probably hold resentment towards me because I'm the reason they didn't get off....yeah ok. Originally told they wouldn't leave till everything was perfect and they said they would help me move stuff back which didn't happen. They were really nice guys (duct cleaning guys 2 of them) and great with my dogs though so that was appreciated. After looking at the duct before and after yeah we felt ripped off in all honest especially for how much it cost. And the sealer part yeah when he showed me the graph he even let it slip that ours wasn't bad and probably didnt need it especially looking at the graph i felt ripped off instantly. We also don't notice a difference at all. We even waited this long to write it so we could see how it did in winter and summer (we have central ac and heat). And if you own a ranch house 2000sqft it most likely isn't worth it at all.

    A+! This company provided perfect service. The expedited my job to help us because another vendor left our home in disarray (a mess and no AC connected). Matt & Jen showed up promptly as promised. Their care, experience and skill was evident. There recommendations were spot on! Their results were excellent! We increased our air efficiency by 96%. That is quite a lot when considering evergy consumption & comfort. They restored everything in much better condition than the house was in before they arrived. Their communication and clean up was exactly what we needed given the poor experience with the other vendor. I am picky. We could not have had a more positive and pleasant experience with this team.
