    Have offset flip-up iron-sights with an endcap that split in half under the hole where the screw insert to mount into the picatinny rail is when I flipped up the rear sight...took it my local gun shop to see if they had a similar endcap and after examining the mount they noted this should never happen and likely just a fluke endcap piece and to contact MI as it is under warranty to have them send me a new one...I did that a over a month ago with an automated return confirmation that they received my email and I haven't had heard from them sense...the lack of customer service as noted in other reviews seems consistent with my experience...I am a law enforcement professional with over a decade of SWAT team experience...useless warranty if I can't contact the company with a legitimate concern for a proprietary yet very cheap piece that could easily be replaced for pennies @ cost...quite disappointing for a $200 set of iron sights.

    Horrible customer service. They refuse to respond via email or phone. They offer lifetime warranty but wont respond to consumer requests for assistance. Over a week with zero response from anyone.
