    Placed an order and the site says ships in 3 to 5 business days. After taking my money and waiting 2 weeks my order still has not shipped. During the 3rd week i sent several emails, messages through the site, and made several phone calls. All went unanswered and the voicemail is full so you cant even leave a message. Now gota fight to get my money back. I waited plenty long enough.

    I ordered a prebent exhaust tubing kit for my 94 honda accord. Recieved 98-02 honda accord kit. Messaged the ******** on a sunday and to my surprise they responded. After sending them pictures of the kit I recieved and the picture from thier website they acknowledged I in fact got the incorrect kit. They told me that I was sent the incorrect kit and that the following day (monday) they would send me the new kit. I waited.. monday no follow up from them.. Tuesday again nothing. After multiple messages on ******** and email no response. I decided to text the business phone number listed on and finally a week later got a response with a picture of a shipping label and a comment of "Its on its way to you." Finally received the new kit.. Again for a second time recieved the wrong kit.. not the wrong car but wrong material. I ordered 409 stainless steel and received galvanized. I planned for stainless steel and had my welder setup for stainless steel also stainless steel wont rust like galvanized. I am at a loss for words how this business operates on a daily basis. I am a very unhappy customer and for a second time waiting to hear back from them.
