Went for emission test and as soon as i turned into the parking lot, a person came and started screaming at me ..it seemed he was on drugs and i was completely shocked I was afraid ..he seemed furious and agitated. He told me tp park the car somewhere (there is hardly any parking space) and went in his office.I was frightened and warn everyone to stay away from these people.This is not normal behavior

The emission customer did not follow the sign not to block the door going into the emission area. We have cars going in and out of the entry and parking in the middle of the driveway is a hazard. It might of seemed loud that she was told to move but with tools and racks making noise. He wanted to make sure she heard to move. Total over reaction on her part. We do these tests as a curtesy and hardly make any money on them. We have been told numerous times that how much they appreciate it since so few places do them now.Review fromJanice F

1 starWorst customer service I've ever had, absolutely incompetent people. Went for an emissions test and was simply told there were 2 others in front of me. When it can my turn the guy working who I'd never seen or spoken to screamed in my face that I was standing in the wrong place. After the emissions test I asked for an explanation or potential remedy for a passing test and the man refused to explain. Come to find out from a different shop that this shop is incompetent and can't tell the difference between a low tire light and check engine light. Wouldn't trust this shop to do anything as simple as even fill a tire, because they can't even read simple dash lights.
