    I received an estimate for interior remodeling work on 8/23/22. The project was discussed via phone call and text over the course of the next few months as I awaited a start date from *************************. He stated via text that all interior work should take 5-7 days from start to finish. I signed a contract on 11/08/22 the day the interior work began. The total amount of the contract was for $4510. On 11/09/22, I gave ************************* a check for a down payment of $2250. I requested that all interior work be completed by 11/18/22, and that was agreed upon via text as no problem and more time allowed than the 5-7 days promised. The last time employees or subcontractors of Triple B Construction LLC were at my home doing work was 11/19/22. As of 11/19/22, the only work finished in the contract was the drywall repairs. When I hired *************************, I emphasized the importance of having a contractor manage the project from start to finish and keeping everything on schedule. Since then, I have reached out via phone and text multiple times and have not received any response or acknowledgement. I have saved record of all texts and emails if needed. A remodeling contractor typically charges a 10-20% fee to manage a remodeling projects, as cited in the Home Advisor link below. ********************************************************************************** paid ************************* of Triple B Construction LLC to contract the whole project. Not only was the project not managed, but I have now lost valuable time that could have been spent sourcing someone to complete the work. I think it is more than fair to receive 20% back of the $2250. Furthermore, we paid $2250 down and only $2210 worth of work was completed. The total amount of refund I am seeking amounts to $490.
