Good technicians. I wasn't sure they would be able to help me out as the vent needed to travel a good distance through various obstacles but they came up with a great solution.

This company has available openings to come to your home to complete services. They provide very effective communication from the time the appointment is scheduled through the time they complete the service in your home. The tech staff is professional. They communicated with us several times that the previous job was taking longer than expected; and was very apologetic again when they arrived. Very neat and polite; quickly did a thorough evaluation of our vent and after their cleaning raised our efficiency level from 0.6 to 1.5. This has made a huge difference in drying time!! This company was able to come on the day I requested. They kept me informed of what was going on with text messages and the name of the service technician before he came to my house. Great communication before and during the repair process. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up well after the work was finished, kept me informed all throughout the process. It was good value for the money and the dryer works amazing now. Would highly recommend them and I will be using them again.Dryer Vent Wizard of SE Wisconsin
