      hired Nu-look to apply epoxy floor coating to garage floor on September 26th 2019. The job was performed an looked great. unfortunately one area in the middle of the floor began to peel after a couple of years. The contract state the warranty policy (15 years). The owner arranged to have the area repaired. Again the area began to **** about one year later. For a second time they came out to repair the area. in the spring of this year 2025, I notice the area peeling again. I called Nu-Look and left messages 9 times with no response. I texted the Owner multiple times with no response. finally he called me and set up an appointment to come make the repair, that appointment was on 6/23/25. I took time off work to be home and they did not show up or call me. I again made several attempts to contact him but he never returned my call. I looked up the address for his business on his website and dropped by the business office, but there was no one from Nu-Look there. I left my name and number with the neighboring business and left. a few hours later the owner called me irate that i had come to his business location, and refuses to make the repair or warrant his companies work. further he claims he called the police on me for coming buy his business location. Which makes no sense. It's clear to me that this business is in over its head and does not have the infrastructure to handle the customer service and warranty side. I am seeking reimbursement for the inadequate product / service, or simply a quality repair that should be covered under the warranty.

      We are always have been actively trying to resolve the situation, we had an unexpected delay in the date that we had set up. The customer has shown up at our place of business unannounced, called multiple times, multiple vm, fb account message and ****** review page regarding this. We tried reaching out to him this week multiple times, in which he said to have me call him to fix the issue, in which he has not responded.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      after checking into this business further we have discovered that the owner is not an honest person and makes fraudulent claims on his website. He acted out and screamed At me for visiting his business, which has a posted address and business hours, after he would respond to calls and no showed his scheduled appointment. He appears unstable and  dont want him near my home.
