      The salesman was great! Other than that a total disaster. He came out to do an estimate for bathroom, kitchen, and front hall. The price was good and the selection was great! He saw our problem areas and based on that, he made recommendations for waterproof, glue down tile flooring. It turned out really nice, but around 5-6 months in they had to come out to re glue corners. Keep in mind it was to be WATERPROOF flooring. Wouldnt you think they would investigate as to why they have to keep re gluing these corners? Well no, apparently they didnt care enough. Now 16 months in to a 4 year workmanship warranty, the whole center of the floor had to be pulled up because it leaked under the tiles. The guy, Bronco, is trying to blame us. Saying one minute and ya our fault the next minute saying I could dump a glass of water on the tight seams and it wouldnt leak. What does that say? Poor installation! The installer was nice hut spent too much time talking. It took him 6 days to do a 3 day job, because they kept sending him out short of materials. I was forced to use old quarter round because they didnt send enough, even though I paid for it.There is no pride of workmanship and no honor at all. Extremely poor customer service and satisfaction.If I wanted sub par work, Id have done it myself.
