      I recently had a rather disappointing experience with a hometown flooring installer in ********. Despite their friendly demeanor and promising initial consultations, the end result was far from what was expected. The installation process itself was chaotic and disorganized, leading to a significant delay in completion beyond the agreed timeline. The floors in the living room and kitchen were uneven, with noticeable gaps between the planks and under the baseboards, indicating a rushed and careless job. To make matters worse, the clean-up was practically non-existent, leaving my home in a mess and me with the additional task of clearing out debris and dust. Given the lack of professionalism and the subpar quality of work, I regretfully cannot recommend their services.
