      Poorly run and miscodings issued to patients to squeeze out every dollar. I've escalated my issue within ProHealth to no avail. I'm left no choice but to change doctors.

      They put me into collections for a bill I could not see on MyChart. ProHealth promotes the use of MyChart but their pathetic staff must not know that. The customer Service rep I had “Loren” hung up on me after pointing me to their bill pay sight numerous times. She could have cared less about how going to collections impacts the consumer or patient. Very unprofessional. For context it is a $30.oo bill. Always showed a zero valence on MyChart, and I responded to each text with a screen shot of the $0.00.
