    The Tom's team has been so helpful with our heating and cooling of our home. The previous owner installed a thermostat and it wasn't installed properly and not working right. The tech was able to get us a new thermostat (with a rebate) and quickly install it for us so that the heating worked properly. Then there was the time that the furnace stopped working in the middle of a cold snap and we found out bees were nesting in the exhaust vent! They were able to clear the nest (no living bees thankfully) and get our house comfortable again. And finally when it came time to replace the air conditioner as the old one kept freezing up, being able to talk to Paul and figure out the best option for our home was great. He helped with getting some additional ventilation in our basement too. Just an all around great team that isn't pressuring me to buy the biggest and best, but the best for my needs.
