  If zero stars was an option I would select it. Hired this company for a kitchen renovation and I regret it entirely. Made promises they didn't keep regarding being able to move plumbing in order to get rid of a soffit. Owner claims to be a master electrician, but instead of using the correct electrical wire to wire a three-way switch, created the wire using 14/2 wire and just used electrical tape to wrap everything together (I was providing all the materials, so they just needed to ask for the correct wire). Claimed to have put together cabinets we bought from Menards before, but had no idea how to do it. Didn't raise the cabinets to the correct height before leveling, so my cabinets are an inch shorter than they should be. The kicker was having to redo a soffit corner three times before it was level so upper cabinets could be installed. The final straw was when they used 1/2 inch drywall instead of 3/4 on the walls creating a 1/4 inch gap between the cabinets since they spanned old and replaced drywall. I refused next draw until after they fixed the issues and they threatened to put a lean on my house! After that I paid and fired them, completing the remaining finish work of hanging the cabinet doors, side panels and installing drawer and door pulls myself. There are more issues but I hope this gets the point across. I wouldn't hire to get my mail let alone complete a project costing thousands of dollars and expecting things to be straight and level and installed according to the manufacturers instructions.

  Me experience can be summed up in "they connected the hot tap to the boiler pipes, rather than the water heater, despite the fact that the water heater was about 18inches from where the supplies came through the floor" the crew then never returned, and I had to remedy the problem myself without compensation from the owner.
