    The Aarons tech came and cut my my yard. Im not a customer,he made a few rounds and left,didnt finish.He left no note or card or anything. I called the next day and talked to Curt and his response was theres no charge. I had to come home and straighten out the yard. I asked why they didnt contact me about this and he hung up.Terrible business

    I have had Aarons for a number of years. On October 20, 2022 while applying product to my lawn, the worker hooked my down spout run off and ripped it off the elbow, damaging that as well as the down spout it was attached to. The run off was screwed into the elbow, which was screwed into the down spout. I found this damage after worker left and immediately called the office, speaking with the manager. He gave my phone number to the worker who called me and denied doing the damage. After much denial he said he didnt intentionally cause the damage.I contacted the manager or left messages 6 times. On November 15, the manager stated he would talk directly to the company as the price of repair he felt was too much, taking responsibility. Now the manager sends me a e-mail in response to my e-mail in January 2023, that he denies all or any responsibility for the damage. I sent a bill regarding the damage to him 1/31/23 as the work was completed 01/20/23. If the bill is not paid by the manager ,I will file complaints with the BBB, State of *********, and have spoken to a legal representative in case that is needed. In the managers denial email he also said I should file a home owners claim. Absolutely not. Stay away from this company for any service. This is a zero star company but it would not let me select 0.

    I have had their service for a few years - no issues. I prepaid. They said that I received service in June but left no invoice or any of the stakes. Asked for a retreatment as guaranteed. They said that it was retreated. Once again, no invoice left and no stakes left. I requested a refund. Only said that they will be out next month.

    work was done we do six applications a year they take only 3 we do not then give free service calls for the rest of the missing apps a service call was done but your lawn is not going to get the results if you do less than the full program

    I have been a customer of Aaron's for about four years this month. We have about an acre lot. I pre-paid for services in December 2021 for the upcoming 2022 season - roughly $670. Aaron's came once in April 2022 and have not showed up since. I called in June to ask about it and a very rude man said that they came out at the end of June. I have been working from home since 2020 and my office is facing the front yard. I also have surveillance cameras surrounding my entire property, I told the rude man that no one has come to my home to perform services then. He immediately called me a liar and said that he "trusted" that his guy came out to my home. The rude man then told me that they will come out at the end of July. No one has come since. I called several times and left messages about refunding me for the remaining services yet to be performed for the year and still have not received a call. I just want to cut my losses and cannot even get a response. This clearly shows that they do not care about their customers. At this point I consider this company’s behavior by keeping my money and not performing services.
