    On 09/16/22, I signed a contract with ********************************* to have some brush removed from the back yard and a fence to be put up. 2 more smaller contracts were later signed in October to replace fencing to the east of the house. Work was completed on all 3 contracts and payment in full was given to *****. Several weeks later, while raking, I discovered 6 separate panels loose that were never secured to the post. While checking the entire fencing, I found both gate doors to be improperly secured and loose, as well as nails protruding and a small piece of wood sticking out of a post. On 11/06/22, I texted ***** regarding the loose panels and he said he would have someone out to secured the panels to the posts that day (Sunday 11/06/22) or the next day after 530pm. No came either day, no calls as well. On 11/08/22, I texted ***** again and said that no one has shown up to do the work. As of today, 11/10/22, the work has not been done and I have not heard from anyone at Brother's Rodriguez. As a closer inspection of the fence was done, corners were cut and some areas of the fence are not very secure. I want a 25% refund so I can hire someone else to properly secure this fence and fix the shady work that was done.

    we did build a privacy fence for this costumer we forgot to put s**** in the boards due to snow storm we couldn't s**** the boards I already sent two of my guys and we already took care of the customer

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is accepted by me.  However, I would like to add that I believe shortcuts were made and have concerns that the poles were not installed properly. Only time will tell how long the fence will hold up and the structure of the entire fence.
