      Rocks from an unsecured truck hit my car and many others on the interstate. The company and manager ******* have no remorse and even thought it was funny. I would recommend no one support this business... Imagine if it was your family on the freeway being hit with rocks. Anyone else having this issue report them to the ***** unsecured loads carry a 200$ citation.

      Russ's Mulch & Top Soil had been hired by the owner of the building I work in to plow the parking lot. On 11/15/2022 the plow driver, *********************** of ****** Mulch damaged vehicles by plowing snow piles he had built up behind our cars at a high rate of speed deluging the heavy wet snow into and over our vehicles. There were 5 cars affected by this. Two of which had body damage that needed to be repaired professionally.Myself and a Co-Worker witnessed the recklessness of his driving.When an attempt was made to contact *********************** and his car insurance company to take responsibility for the damages he caused there was a delay in their answering calls. Once contact was made and a meeting was set up to meet to show them the damages to discuss what would be done from there they never showed up. (this no-show occurred 2 times) The voice message I received from the insurance agency for Russ's Mulch & Top Soil stating that his customer denies any responsibility and claims there is no way he could have caused all that damage.Again, I witnessed the recklessness of his driving and the amount of snow that was deluged into and over my car.None of the 5 vehicles were damaged when we came to work that morning.It is very unfortunate that dishonesty lies within this business and no remorse or responsibility was taken so as to cause so much anxiety and frustration to us.I wanted to let everyone know, just in case this contractor has access to damage your vehicles at your place of employment or anywhere else as that matters.
