    We bought our truck with knowing exactly how much of a loan we would need! After the loan officer rushed us into signing everything without any explanations we found out he put a 4000 warranty on it that we didnt want! We kept asking him what the amount was for the loan and he would not answer us! He just said its all good! Our mistake on that for not demanding an answer! No paperwork was given to us, just a thumb drive! When we got home we looked at everything and realized we were scammed! The dealership said they would cancel the warranty because its within 3 days of purchasing but the loan amount wont change and it will take up to 6 weeks! How do we trust that all this is going to be taken care of? Tried to return the truck but they said no! So disgusted with the situation! Never got any clear answers from the loan guy the whole time we were signing things on his Ipad. Never again with this dealership.

    Poor service. I dropped my vehicle off the night before the appointment and was asked when I needed the car returned by. I said I needed by end of business day the following day (day of appointment). The service rep said that would not be an issue. On the afternoon of the appointment date, I had to call the service department 45 mins before they closed, only to find out that my car was not done and that the repair had always been scheduled for a day and a half. No one had ever mentioned needing a day and a half for repair. In fact, the letter I got from Chevy.GM regarding the repair said if would take half a day to fix. Very frustrated and will not be doing any more business with Boucher.
