This is for Bouche Hyundai of **********. I am not sure why they are not on the list to find. Maybe they are too embarrassed. Be careful of buying from them. I bought a brand new car in 2017. Not knowing, and trusting them, they sold me an extended warranty that practically covers nothing beyond the factory warranty. I took my car several times because of a tremble in the front end. After multiple times and multiple other mechanics saying it is the ******, they finally did a diagnostic and found that there is a tremble but they are saying it is normal. I told them I did not buy a car with a tremble. They refuse to fix it. I don't drive the car much. Being 8 yrs old, I have just over ***** miles in it. Most of those miles were put on in the first 5 yrs. Pretty sad.

Our vehicle required warranty covered service for an oil leak concern in addition to two agreed upon recommended services starting Wednesday morning 9/16/24. The vehicle was dropped off the night before so that it would be ready first thing on Wednesday morning. We were told it could be ready as soon as Wednesday night, 'worst case scenario' the next day on Thursday. The service was not completed on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon, we received a call letting us know that the vehicle was still being worked on and the new 'worst case scenario' was that it would be completed by 9 am on Friday morning. Boucher offered a shuttle service to my wife's work location to help pick up the vehicle on Friday. I was asked to provide the address by way of a text message originated from Boucher. I responded with the request to have the vehicle dropped off at her work and I would pay the invoice over the phone. There was no communication back from this message indicating this was acceptable or not. I reached out to Boucher by 12:30 pm Friday leaving a voice mail asking for an update on the vehicle. By 1pm, a call was returned indicating the vehicle was ready for pick up. Multiple phone calls were exchanged indicating our frustration with the offer of a shuttle service when leaving work was not an option. We routinely heard that dropping off a vehicle was something that they did not do, yet it was Boucher who kept the vehicle past the two "worst case scenarios." The lack of accountability and problem solving by their employees was astounding. Should I also mention that there was no initial offer for a loaner vehicle and in fact , was actually declined a loaner vehicle at the outset. When picking up the vehicle we talked to the store manager, who my wife had previously talked on the phone with. When asked what he would do or want done if he were in the situation, he said that he would simply find a way to pick up his car, adding that he owns a Porsche. Everyone passed the problem.

In 2018 I bought a 2012 ELANTRA, iT HAS BEEN A THORN IN MY FLESH EVER SINCE. i bought it THEM NOT DOING WORK ON IT THAT WAS UBNDER WARRENT, SAYING i ONLT HAD 1 YEAR, WHEN IT WAS 2. AlsO THEY PUT A NEW CHIP IN THE EBGINE 2921, And after doing so it was making a ticking noise. Then I got new brakes and and other work and mentioned the ticking which they never acknowledged. I sold the car to my grandson and my son took iot in for the ticking noise and they said i need a new engine, it looked like someone had been scratching around inside the engine, I said probably you guys since you put the chip in. Now they are telling me the only records of me being there in 2o21, Ummm I bought the car there now no records? i TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO BE PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE. tHE PERSON fRANKIE TOLD ME WE AFRE NOT.. So now i have to go find all my receipts, for proof. Frankie was rude and unprofessional and acted like he thought it was funny. I will never give them a recommendation. And am happy to see others are speaking out

I took my car in for a 930 appointment for 2 recalls. When I got there the advisor I worked with was extremely rude and said we don't know why you are here - you have to tell us. I said I made an appointment to get 2 recalls, can you see in your system what my car is scheduled for. They also told me when I made the appointment that it would be an hour and a half and when they took my car it was now going to be over 3 hours. I asked them to reset the check engine light because it was on for the gas cap and I had purchased the gas cap from them two weeks ago, but had a different car when I picked it up. They told me that I would have to pay for having that light rest. I own 4 Hyundai's right now and I WILL NEVER use this dealership for another purchase or service. VERY RUDE has no level of customer service!!!

Apparently 'Service Consultants' work on commission[who knew). We had been happy customers-now wont go back! If you get assigned to Devin as your 'advisor'-watch out! I wanted a simple oil change on my Tuscon-now they only do that if you get a tire rotation[$79.95 +tax [I didn`t need.] He brought it down to apx $70. with tax. He says tech found oil pan leak-said it`s covered by warranty. -I made appt for 9 AM today Apparently that appt was to have a more experienced tech do the actual diagnosis[1-1.5 hours] then ? time to fix the problem. Note-I have not seen oil level go down or seen oil spots on my garage floor. They did offer to drive me home [15 miles] but would need vehicle for several hours. I told Devin I had stuff to do this afternoon-needed car back mid day.He suggested I set up appt for another day. Also- at initial appt I noted a misspelling on my street address-he said he would fix-didn`t. I go no print out of the Free multi-point insp or a 'proposal' for the scheduled repairs.

Received a letter from Hyundai corporate headquarters regarding a free anti-theft device for my 2011 accent. I've called this dealer twice and left messages I have done a chat online and sent an email. All ignored!

There May $ 1.00 over invoice is nothing like that. I got estimate for tires . They were more money than another dealer in the area. How does the consumer know what the invoice cost is? You would think they would have to prove the cost. Total rip off.

I ordered OEM windshield wipers from them for a 2021 Hyundai ******. They sent the wrong wipers and tried to blame me for not providing a VIN. There is just one size/style for "original equipment" from the factory so how they got it wrong is beyond me. They are keeping my money and not sending any replacement. I do not recommend this business.

We have had good experiences with them in the past but our visit to the sales department yesterday left a bad taste in our mouth, as it felt like an illegal bait and switch. We test drove a new Hyundai Palisade, and the sticker price said $42,900 before taxes and fees. When we went in to start the process of buying it though, they were suddenly asking $47,900 out of nowhere (before taxes and fees). They said it was because the sticker was MSRP and because it is such a popular vehicle they were asking more than MSRP for it. This should have been shown on the vehicle somewhere, and all it mentioned on the vehicle was an extra $399 for service fees. We bartered around on the price, but could never get it any lower than $44,400, so didn't buy it, but bought a different vehicle instead.

Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Broke down on 11/23/22 talked to someone and they said they would look at it Friday the 25th but couldn't work on it till Wednesday 11/30. After many calls was told it had a bad engine. On 12/5.they were waiting on hyundai for approval for repair. Many more calls. I finally called hyundai myself and they said the car has never been hooked up to diagnostic. Opened a complaint with them on 12/20/22. After a week (with holiday) was told they haven't looked at it but it would be weeks before they could get to it. Weeks more they said and they lied about the engine as they didn't look at it yet. We went and towed the car back home and will take to a local dealer. Stay away from this dealer.
