    Long story shortbought a used car with an extended warranty, a few months later heard a noise, was told car has major suspension problems and its unsafe to drive and their warranty doesnt cover it. Their solution was to get it fixed somewhere else cheaper. Dont buy from these crooks. Theres so many other options out there.

    I would give negative stars if I could. They scammed me out of $3,500+ by sneaking in add on that wasn't even discussed with me. I found them a week later and went back in to get a refund. The employee treated me like an idiot and berated me in front of his co workers. Turns out that paperwork was never filed. After contacting them multiple times to get it sorted out 8 months later...I just received my refund and I received partial of my money. I am absolutely livid and I'm getting a lawyer involved. This is not right. Don't ever buy a vehicle at this dealership they could care less about you and your well-being. The only thing they give a **** about is money.

    We recently purchased a used vehicle from Wilde Honda. We received excellent customer service from Adam *! He worked for us!He made every effort to contact us about new arrivals that best suited our needs and budget.He even personally followed up after the purchase. 100% A+ customer service from Adam *.!

    So I just purchased a new vehicle when it comes to financing with the electronic signing, it can be quick to miss a couple of stuff. They snuck in +$4,000 with service contract I didn't even know they did. I don't even know what that is, gap usually is about $700 max so I'm pretty ****** they did this. I thought they were good, I've purchased another car with them before this, so this will be the last time I'm buying anything from them. I'll also tell all of my friends to not buy anything there too.I will write more reviews on all the websites to let people know of what they're doing, such a shady practice. Finance guy is named **************************: They scammed me, would NOT recommend going there to buy/lease anything!! 0/10 for sure.

    Since they have been sold to an out of state owner they no longer care!They accepted my offer and took my credit card down payment to hold the deal. Only to find out an hour later that the car was sold YESTERDAY. Hmmmm. Think about the fun of buying a used car only to find out you could NOT have purchased it at any price. as it was already sold.Very SAD to see the Wilde reputation trashed by an OUT OF STATE organization that does not care about WI.BUYER BEWARE!!!

    I just found out my wife paid Wilde Honda $73.40 for a oil change. This took place on 11/09/22 and finding out about it I’m not very happy. This is the worst over charge I have ever heard of. This will be the last Honda we will ever purchase or deal with this crooked establishment.
