  The interior paint job was completed as promised by Flyn's professional hard working team. We were in a time crunch to get the job completed before our new tenants moved in and Flyn was able to fit the project in by working through a weekend. The result was beautiful. We highly reccommend this painting service.

  I thought I was hiring a professional contractor to paint the exterior of my house but I could not have been more wrong!I received a call from the company telling me the crew would be coming on a specific day to start painting. I went over to the house later in the morning and no one was there. I called Flyn and they were not aware the crew had not shown up. I heard back from the next day apologizing and giving me another start date. On that date I went to see their progress. I noticed that the paint they had used was interior!I contacted them the next day and they were surprised but admitted the mistake. To correct this huge mistake they had now put two coats of exterior over the interior paint. To make sure they did this I put marks on numerous areas. After assurances that they would take care of the mistake the crew came back to put two coats on everything. After the second visit they had left numerous areas unpainted as well as dumped their cleaning water on my plants. All the marks I had put on the interior paint were still there! So they had not even put one additional coat of exterior paint on the house in those areas. Several areas were painted so badly that you could still see the original color underneath. I sent them photos of the problems to show that several areas still had only one coat of the interior paint on it, we agreed to have a manager as well as a rep from ******************************* to come over to inspect the house. We found numerous areas not painted! The supervisor admitted that the crew gets paid by the job not the hour so their goal is to get the job done as quickly as possible. The crew did not seem to be professional painters by any means. The company admitted the mistakes (again) and came back for a 3rd time. The painting was sloppy in areas but I did not want to deal with them anymore. Unless you have the time be on site to make sure they are doing what you paid them for I would seriously avoid this company for any painting!

  As a responsible company, we were always present to provide answers and solutions. We regret the comments, taking into consideration that after the incidents, we completed the work carried out with additional ones that were not stipulated in the contract and emphasize that additionals did not increase the budget since our company assumed them. By the way, the guarantee we gave to him was extended for 4 years. Once again we regret the comment and we guarantee that as a company run by its owners, we are always there to provide the best service to our customers. Not all experiences are the same.
