    ooling at the base of the driveway. They acknowledge the damage, but shrug it off as not that bad. Because the coatings didn't cure due to the intentional improper application it is peeling up as vehicles drive on the pavement, in some spots going straight through even the coat that was already there before they arrived. I have given them multiple opportunity to resolve to take care of the issues, and have emailed, called and even stopped by their office.The final straw was when they asked be to be home on less than a business days notice for them to stop by, and after staying home from work to be there all morning, they no called/no showed.I have photos of the quality of work, the damage, and a list of the timeline of communications included in this complaint.My desired resolution is to have them stop trying to collect the balance of the bill, and refund me for my deposit. At this point I am not trying to collect for damages as a good faith effort to get this resolved.
